The Assistant Coach for the UPSL Women team position is part time, seasonal, and starts May 1, 2025. The Assistant Coach reports to the Head Coach of the UPSL Women team and the Head Coach of the USL-W Team. The office is located in Eagan, MN. Training is at TCO Stadium. The home match stadium is TBD.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruiting: Assist with identifying, contacting, and recruiting appropriate players

• Training: Help the A2 Head Coach plan and lead daily practices; Organize and direct individual and small group practice activities; Maintain the equipment in orderly condition and assume responsibility for its security
