Main Duties and Responsibilities:

To be the key Union contact with regards to operational development duties, working alongside the clubs elected student committee members.
To develop and deliver effective weekly club training and individual skill development
To be a positive and professional role model at all times, displaying good coaching conduct and promoting an enjoyable, motivating and inclusive atmosphere which upholds the ethos of the Union of Students
To support and promote the development of the club, helping to meet its aims and objectives, and liaising with the Committee & Union staff on future development opportunities
To be aware of NGB guidelines and be able to provide feedback to the the club with relevant developments in the sport
To be responsible for the safety of all participants during training, ensuring the safe use of equipment by adhering to the Health & Safety guidelines of university facilities
To act in accordance with the coach code of practice and NGB guidelines
Attend and contribute to any Coach Development Reviews during the season
Any other duties appropriate to the role, as directed by the Union of Students
