The Job
The ideal candidate will be responsible for high volume, quick turnaround, full cycle Accounts Payable process to include: reviewing and processing invoice accurately and timely; obtaining W-9 and W8-BEN forms as necessary; ensuring tax withholdings and sales/use taxes are properly calculated; maintaining vendor information, assist with payout of prize money to racers after every event, assist with monthly racetrack check recording and assist with year-end 1099 processing.
